Summer is coming!

Sort your 'Summer Bod' with this delicious smoothie.

Liquid

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk

Frozen (if possible for best results)

  • 2 cups spinach  (you can also use kale or lettuce)

  • 1 medium banana

  • ½ cup mango

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple 

Optional add ins

  • Protein powders of your choice for an extra boost to the system

Prep

Top tip! ​Flash freeze your fruit for a thicker and creamier smoothie rather than adding ice (and destroying your blender in the process)

  1. First add your liquid base into a sturdy blender - We've chosen almond milk but you can replace with Coconut Milk, Dairy Milk, Rice Milk, even Coconut water or straight Water for the truely committed... although we don't recommend it. 

  2. Add Spinach 

  3. Add your 1 cup of fruit - again, may be substituted for another fruit of whatever is in your freezer!

  4. Start blending on low speed and increase.

  5.  Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth. 

  6. Pour into glasses or fill your sistema 700ml Shaker to enjoy on the go! 

Don't judge a smoothie by it's colour. This green machine isn't just good on the body, it's delicious on the taste buds too.
