Start the day the best 

possible way!! A healthy

breakfast is always a good idea...

Eat at home or pop it in a container to take to work. 


  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1  1/2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or apricots, roughly chopped)


  • Milk or Yogurt to serve 


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 150 °C

  2. Heat the honey and vegetable oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Gently simmer for 4 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl combine the rolled oats, the nuts, the seeds and the coconut.

  4. Add the warm honey mixture to the bowl and stir well to coat the dry ingredients.

  5. Spread onto a large rimmed baking sheet 

  6. Bake the ingredients for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn

  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Add the dried fruit and stir to combine

  8. Serve with your milk or yogurt - or store in your trusty sistema containers.
